Arbogast, LKA 721 Chestnut Boulevard, Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221, you will take notice that on July 7, 2025, Plaintiff, City of Cuyahoga Falls, filed a Complaint for public nuisance and injunctive relief, as well as damages in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. CV2025 07 3077, alleging that property owned by you, the street address is 721 Chestnut Boulevard, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, is in such condition that it is a public nuisance that poses a danger to the public health, safety, welfare and aesthetics of adjoining residents and the citizens of Cuyahoga Falls.
The Plaintiff prays for a preliminary and permanent injunction ordering that the Property is declared a nuisance subject to abatement and that you are permanently enjoined from maintaining a nuisance on the Property.
