To: Helen Griffith, Susan Hunsaker, the descendants of Shawn Fleming and the descendants of Paula Fleming whose present addresses are unknown:

You are hereby notified that Richard L. Fleming whose residence was 3297 Bath Heights Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223 died October 7, 2024; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 8th day of October 2025; and Carol E. Cain was appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
